On the operational front, the company has embraced digital transformation through Logic ERP Apparel Retail and Manufacturing Software, an advanced ERP solution, creating a strong backbone to manage its inventory, production, sales, and retail seamlessly. Moreover, its strong execution capabilities and growth trajectory earned it recognition as a S200 company with global business potential at DGEMS 2024, further enhancing its industry visibility.

Building on this momentum, in March 2025, The Bear House secured INR 3 crore on Shark Tank India, with INR 1 crore infused as equity and INR 2 crore as debt. In addition to this, the company raised INR 500 million in its Series A round in April 2025, led by JM Financial’s growth fund, with an aim to expand the brand’s retail footprint with 20 new stores this financial year, alongside boosting its working capital, branding, and marketing.

Further, The Bear House entered the international market in May 2025 with its expansion into the United Arab Emirates, laying the foundation for its global growth strategy across the GCC region. With revenue of INR 140 crore in FY 25, the company is now targeting INR 250 crore in FY 26, highlighting its accelerating growth path.
