Founded in 2010, Blaize is one of the leading innovators in edge AI computing, delivering a
purpose-built, full-stack platform that combines its proprietary Graph Streaming Processor (GSP
®) architecture with a powerful no-code low-code software suite, Blaize AI Studio and Blaize
Picasso SDK. Designed to overcome the complexity and high costs of AI development, Blaize
enables organizations to accelerate AI deployment without heavy reliance on data scientists or
machine learning experts. With energy-efficient, scalable solutions that extend from the cloud
and data centers to the edge, Blaize powers next-generation AI applications across mobility,
retail, smart vision, defense, security, and industrial automation.
Backed by strong investors, the company raised USD 71 million in Series D financing in 2021,
led by Franklin Templeton and Temasek, to accelerate its AI edge computing and automotive/EV
roadmap. This was followed by USD 106 million in 2024 from a consortium of investors
including Bess Ventures, Franklin Templeton, DENSO, Mercedes-Benz AG, Temasek, Rizvi
Traverse, Ava Investors, and BurTech LP LLC, further cementing its leadership in the edge AI
domain. The same year, Blaize was also recognised as one of the Top 10 companies among the
Select 200 at Forbes India - DGEMS 2024, highlighting its global business potential.
January 2025 marked a landmark milestone for the company, as it became the first new-
generation AI chip startup to go public on NASDAQ through a merger with BurTech SPAC.
Following its listing, Blaize has focused on accelerating its global footprint with strategic
partnerships and large-scale deployments.
By June 2025, the company secured a USD 56 million edge AI deployment across Southeast
Asia, spanning over 250,000 intelligent surveillance endpoints to support national-scale smart
infrastructure transformation. Building on this, in July 2025, Blaize, in partnership with Starshine
Computing Power Technology Limited, signed a USD 120 million hybrid AI infrastructure
contract targeting key markets including India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, and China.
In August 2025, the company unveiled its next-generation AI platform to power multi-modal
intelligence at the edge, developed in collaboration with Supermicro and a growing ecosystem of
ISV partners. Most recently, in September 2025, Blaize announced a partnership with TCC
(Technology Control Company) to enhance Saudi Arabia’s AI infrastructure, supporting digital
transformation and creating scalable, secure digital ecosystems. This initiative builds on Blaize's
AI Platform, a sovereign-capable, programmable hybrid AI infrastructure already accelerating
large-scale deployments across Asia, through partners like Starshine and other smart public-
sector initiatives in South Asia.
With its track record of innovation, strong investor backing, and growing global partnerships,
Blaize positions itself to help shape the future of computing, bridging performance, scalability,
and accessibility to unlock real-time intelligence for industries worldwide.
