Today, it proudly manages 12 hotels across India, along with a strong inventory of over 500 apartments in over 40 locations worldwide. All hotels under its banner are certified by the Sustainable Tourism Council of India, reflecting the brand’s strong commitment to eco-conscious hospitality and community engagement.

In 2021, Signum entered into a joint venture with IQI India, committing a USD 150 million investment over 2-5 years for the development of hotel assets both in India and internationally. In 2024, Signum Hotels gained recognition as a company having global business potential, becoming a part of DGEMS Select 200, with an expanding footprint in the UK and Middle East. Further strengthening its global footprint, in February 2025, Signum entered into a strategic partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to manage properties under Wyndham’s Trademark Collection, a move that significantly elevated its presence in the Middle East, a region experiencing increasing demand for culturally immersive and distinctive hospitality experiences.

Continuing its innovation-led journey, in April 2025, Signum partnered with Al Waleed Real Estate (UAE) to launch Insignia Hotels, a premium hospitality brand with an aim to deliver globally rich experiences across the GCC, combining luxury with authenticity.
