A Talent Leader is someone who leads Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding for their organization driving hiring strategy, recruitment innovation, and the external employer brand. This recognition is focused on roles that influence how talent is attracted, hired, and how the organization is positioned as an employer of choice.
• The individual nominated by the organization must be serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition or in an equivalent leadership role, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the HR industry as of March 31, 2025
• The individual must have at least one year of experience in their current organization as the Head of Talent Acquisition or in an equivalent position, as of March 31, 2025
