This annual listing celebrates 30 HR and talent leaders in India who are driving measurable impact on hiring, culture, skills, and future-of-work — across enterprises, GCCs, startups, and services. It is curated by Forbes India, in association with Indeed, through a multi-stage evaluation and an independent Grand Jury.

Q2. Who qualifies as a Talent Leader?

Senior professionals who lead or co-lead talent acquisition, employer branding, HR COEs, people analytics, learning, DEI, or people strategy for India — or for a global mandate with strong India impact. Founders/partners of talent/HR businesses can also be considered if the initiative has large-scale client outcomes.

The nominee can apply directly 
The nominee’s organisation can apply on their behalf 
An ecosystem partner (HR tech, media, consulting, industry body) can also nominate a leader
All nominations are subject to eligibility and documentation checks. 
Nominees must currently serve as Head of Talent Acquisition, Head of Employer Branding, or an equivalent leadership role; have at least 10 years’ experience in HR/Talent as of Nov 30, 2025; and have completed at least six months in their current role and organization by Nov 30, 2025.

The final list will be announced after the Grand Jury round and editorial review. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly by the organising team.
