They emphasize the nominee's leadership role, tenure, and strategic contributions within the HR function, alongside the company's operational presence in India. To qualify, each submitted initiative must demonstrate measurable impact within a clearly defined timeframe. Supporting documentation will be required to validate all claims. This structured framework ensures a transparent, credible, and merit-driven evaluation process.
