Terms & Conditions for the Top 30 Talent Leaders of 2025

1.1 By participating in the Top 30 Talent Leaders of 2025, the Participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Terms.
1.2 These Terms may be modified without any prior written notification. Participant is advised to regularly review these Terms uploaded on the Website. If there is any disagreement with any of the Terms and any amendments thereto, Participant must not participate in the listing
1.3 The process and gratification for the listing thereof may be changed/modified/split/ merged /increased / decreased or cancelled by the Management based on the number and quality of entries received
1.4 The management reserves the right to add or remove nominations in any category based on the quality of entries received in that category
1.5 If no Participants are found to be worthy of inclusion by the Management, the reward may be cancelled. The decision of the Management in this regard will be final and binding. The Management will not entertain any queries in this regard.

2. Objective of the Top 30 Talent Leaders
The Top 30 Talent Leaders of 2025 list by Forbes India and Indeed aims to recognize the influential and prominent talent leaders who have made an impact on the country through their exemplary work done within the organizations

3. Eligibility criteria
General Eligibility Criteria:
3.1 The company must have a registered presence in India for a minimum of 2 years as of March 31, 2025.
3.2 The individual nominated by the organization must be serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition or in an equivalent leadership role, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the HR industry as of March 31, 2025.
3.3 The individual must have at least one year of experience in their current organization as the Head of Talent Acquisition or in an equivalent position, as of March 31, 2025.
3.4 The company must provide valid documentation such as registration proof, GST certificates, or equivalent.
3.5 The project/initiative must have been launched, implemented, and operational between April 1, 2023, and March 31, 2025, in Indian markets, or a significant portion of the project must fall within this period.
3.6 If the project/initiative was launched before the defined period, the applicant must clearly highlight the innovation or impact achieved during the eligibility period (April 1, 2023 – March 31, 2025).
