During the enlightening panel discussion on 'Connecting the Dots: CX, TECH, EX and OPEX', they shared their experiences on the theme and insights on the way forward.
As the evening progressed, the participants were treated to experiencing the art of innovation though food, with Japanese food maestro, Chef Shubham Thakur, followed by a wine-savouring session with expert sommelier, Ravi Batra.
